Attorney Soliman-Braun and her staff were everything I needed to finish out my case.

I found Deena to be very professional, both on the phone, and in court. She was calming when I needed it most. Full of knowledge, kindness, and understanding. I really appreciate how direct she was about telling me the things I needed to hear.

She picked my case up from previous counsel and absolutely ran with it. Things finally started to happen. She was on-time to hearings. And she was prepared. Very refreshing after my experience with previous counsel.

My only regret is not hiring Deena SOONER. Thank you for everything.

I was placed into a situation where I needed a new attorney in the middle of an already filed child support case modification. After speaking with multiple attorneys in the area, I knew Deena was the best one to assist me and I was right. She took off running from the beginning, kept me updated along the way, was honest, open, and fair. Deena quickly got new temporary support in place when there was none. She handled difficult opposing counsel with ease and was very professional in front of the judge. I trusted that she was working in our best interests and was pleased with the outcome. I’d recommend Deena a 100 times over.

Successful Cases

Dependancy

Where:

Hernado County

Attorney in Charge:

Deena Renee Soliman Braun

A Mother had her five kids removed by Department of Children and Families, due to alleged child abuse. DCF had accused her of beating her little baby with a hammer and breaking his bones, amongst other things. Our firm was able to prove it was all false, thus reunifying her with her five children.

Child Support

Where:

Polk County

Attorney in Charge:

Deena Renee Soliman Braun

Our client was voluntarily paying child support directly to the mother of their child, without court order. The Mother opened a child support case to collect child support through court order. Once we got the case, we looked at everything and were able to get our client's child support payments reduce from what he was paying voluntarily.

Divorce

Where:

Hillsbough County

Attorney in Charge:

Deena Renee Soliman Braun

Our client came to us one month before the trial. The former husband was attempting to show he made less income than he did, attempted to prove the marital home was owned by his mother, attempted to pay no alimony, after a fifteen-year marriage, attempted to pay no child support and attempted to get the children and wife evicted from the marital home, and attempted to receive 50% timeshare with the minor children. Our firm worked tirelessly for the short time we had to prepare for this case and at the end of the case we ended up getting the court to impute income to the former husband, higher than what he claimed, equity in the home for the former wife, as a marital asset, durational alimony awarded to the former wife, majority timeshare to the former wife, and child support to be paid to the former wife by the former husband. This was a huge victory for our firm and our client!
